Hi, I’m David, owner of Griffin & Sons Carpentry.

I’ve been working in the trades for over 20 years, and what’s kept me in it all this time is simple: I genuinely enjoy building things the right way and seeing the impact it has on someone’s home and daily life.

​

My background covers just about every aspect of general carpentry, but over the years I found myself drawn more and more to detailed finish work, the kind of work people notice every day. Trim, built-ins, kitchens, bathrooms… the finishing touches that turn a house into something that feels complete.

From 2012 to 2016, I owned and operated a custom furniture business, where I built pieces from scratch with a strong focus on craftsmanship and detail. That experience shaped how I approach every project today, nothing rushed, nothing overlooked.

Griffin & Sons Carpentry was started in 2025 with a clear focus: detailed interior finish work done with care, precision, and honesty.

​

The “& Sons” part of the name is more than just a name, it’s a vision. I’m a family man, and my hope is to one day have my sons, and even my daughter, working alongside me. To me, this business isn’t just about the work we do today, but about building something that lasts, something I can pass down and take pride in as a family.
