By accessing or using our website, submitting a quote request, or hiring Griffin & Sons Carpentry for services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.
2. Services Provided
Griffin & Sons Carpentry provides handyman and finish carpentry services across the Delaware Valley, including Pennsylvania, New Castle County (DE), and Salem County (NJ).
All services are subject to availability, project scope, and approval by Griffin & Sons Carpentry.
We reserve the right to refuse or decline service for any reason.
3. Estimates and Quotes
All quotes and estimates are provided based on information available at the time of evaluation.
Prices may change if project scope, materials, or conditions differ from what was originally discussed.
Written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Deposits and Payments
A deposit may be required to schedule your project or secure materials.
Payment terms will be outlined in your invoice or service agreement.
Final payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand plans can change.
Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
If weather, emergencies, or unforeseen issues arise, Griffin & Sons Carpentry reserves the right to reschedule work to ensure safety and quality.
6. Warranty and Workmanship
We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind our work.
Unless otherwise stated, we offer a 1-year workmanship warranty on most carpentry services (excluding normal wear and tear, misuse, or third-party alterations).
Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and products when provided.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

• Providing clear access to the job site

• Ensuring utilities (power, water, etc.) are available when needed

• Securing pets and valuables during the project

• Obtaining any required permits unless otherwise agreed

8. Limitation of Liability
Griffin & Sons Carpentry is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Pre-existing structural or material issues

• Delays due to weather, supply chain disruptions, or third-party actions

Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid for services rendered.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Griffin & Sons Carpentry and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without written consent.
10. Privacy
